DALLAS, TEXAS, May 15, 2008 – River Logic, Inc., the leading provider of integrated business planning, today announced the expansion of its predictive modeling and planning software, Enterprise Optimizer®.
Enterprise Optimizer (EO) is now available with a 64-bit, parallel processing solver. This new 64-bit hybrid version of EO, known as EO64h, has the capacity to address up to 4 CPUs simultaneously. Using a 64-bit version of MIO (Mixed Integer Optimizer), EO64h reduces ‘pre-solve’ processing time by as much as 50%. In addition to faster ‘pre-solve’ routines, EO64h can effectively process models beyond the 2 GB limit found in the MIO 32-bit serial architecture.

EO64h routinely analyzes mathematical representations that require as much as a million equations and more than a million variables in a typical solve.
